Quotations are valid for 90 days from date of quote. Quotes do not include shipping charges.

Products may be modified or may be discontinued without notice.

Terms:

1% 10 Days, Net 30 from date of invoice to rated businesses or customers. If Seller takes action to collect sums due from any sale or purchase, the Buyer shall pay all costs incurred for such action. All other orders will be shipped C.O.D. or prepaid. All major credit cards are accepted.

Warranty:

Galaxy Hardware, as Seller, warrants our Aluminum, Stainless Steel and Cast Stainless Steel hardware for 10 years from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not include damage due to improper installation, maintenance, vandalism or misuse of said hardware. All claims must be accompanied by the invoice from Galaxy Hardware as well as the defective hardware.

Minimums:

No minimum order.

Returns:

All returned goods must have prior written return authorization from Galaxy Hardware. Shipping charges on all goods returned must be prepaid. Materials cut or made-to-order are not returnable. Permission to return item(s) must be requested within 30 days of the receipt of said item(s).

Shipments:

Shipments will be made by common carrier either selected by the Seller or requested by the Buyer. All shipments are F.O.B. (point of pickup). Buyer must inspect shipments upon arrival and any damage, shortages or loss of any kind must be filed against the carrier by the Buyer at this time.
